About the Role
Drive process improvements
Global Finance Operations & Transformation (GFO&T) is responsible for delivering accurate, consistent and high‑quality financial information for Swiss Re's external reporting and internal decision‑making. This includes Group IFRS reporting, statutory financial statements for all legal entities, as well as SST and Solvency II. Within GFO&T, the IGR & External Retrocession team plays a central role in the accounting and reporting of intra‑group and external retrocession transactions, with a strong focus on IFRS 17. We also drive the transformation of Global Finance towards a simpler, more efficient and forward‑looking organization.
