• Primary responsibilities include direct and indirect sales activities - promote and sell products of Advanced Patient Monitoring Business Units in the Germany in line with Becton Dickinson policy regarding Shared Values and Business Ethics. Maximize profitable sales volume in the specified territory. , Cooperate with Regional Sales Manager and EU Marketing in developing and implementing a strategy in line with BD APM vision to meet the needs of the market
• As a Field Clinical Specialist in the Advanced Patient Monitoring division, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and support for our highly innovative technologies in Hemodynamic Monitoring in hospitals across Switzerland. Your role will involve educating and training healthcare professionals on the use of medical devices, including during surgical procedures and in the ICU, ensuring safe and effective adoption. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by collaborating closely with the sales team and driving product adoption

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and training to physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on the technical aspects of our medical devices, including device handling, in-servicing, and troubleshooting techniques
• Support product evaluations by providing expertise on device usage, procedure, and protocol throughout the entire project timeline
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement growth and expansion strategies within focused accounts and achieve sales targets
• Monitor clinical support activities, market changes, and competitive activity
• Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools based on clinical experience and company guidelines
• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of our medical devices and technologies
