Zurich North America is hiring a Crop Commission Associate to join their Finance team! We are open to hiring talent in our Zurich office located in Anoka, MN. The successful candidate under guidance will support the Business Partnering function for a Business Unit by leveraging basic financial information and analysis to highlight key trends to provide recommendations to address areas for concern

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare disbursement mailings
• Review registers for accuracy and take action as necessary
• Monitor requests for special disbursement handlings
• Assist customers with EFT enrollment
• Complete reports and provide analysis of findings
• Assist the premium processing team with payment remittance
• Verify accuracy of payment application
• Review customer bills for accuracy
• Customer service via the Finance call center and team mailboxes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and no prior experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree and no prior experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• Knowledge of accounting or finance principles
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office experience
• Customer service experience
• Basic to intermediate excel skills with pivot table, formulas experience
• Attention to detail
