Are you looking to grow professionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?, Our Finance & Risk division is seeking a proactive Finance Operations Specialist who will work in close collaboration with the F&R controlling team to support the operational processes

What would your role be?

• Work closely with the Finance & Risk Controlling supporting the month-end closing finance process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports
• Participate in generating and distributing financial and management reports in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
• Continuously improve our existing set of reports to increase the informational value of the output generated

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or similar applied quantitative sciences with a maximum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry
• Young professional with distinct service / customer orientation and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of the EOM processes and financial statements
• Willing to take full ownership of your work and engage in a changing and flexible environment, with the ability to question the status quo and take feedback
• Excellent written & spoken English
