For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Life Sciences sector in Basel (BL) we are looking for a:
Finance Processes Consultant
Your main tasks:
- Review process sequences, interactions, and roles as presented by the team and assess the feasibility.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to current processes and create new ones.
- Review quality of work, propose improvements, and consider problems. Provide feedback and advise.
- Work with users to identify issues or pain points. Conduct detailed research to identify areas of improvement.
- Define and manage interfaces with other processes ensuring interdependencies and other factors align.
- Communicate changes to the users and input requirements to internal suppliers.
- Ensure the output requirements of internal customers are met.
- Monitor, measure, review, and evaluate processes after implementation or in the current state of execution.
- Act on behalf of the application owner for financial systems in scope.
- Own the provisioning and de-provisioning application process.
- Identify process documentation needs and communicate to senior management
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of their own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree Business administration or related field preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
