Basic skills like hospitality and a foundation in the hotel industry are important to us. But we’re looking for a little more!

Your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out of our guests
• Responsible for managing the cash register
• Compiling statistics
• Handling and processing reservation requests
• Independently and confidently handling all administrative tasks at the front office
• Setting up the breakfast buffet in the “HUB”
• Preparing fancy drinks and simple but tasty snacks while following hygiene guidelines
• Ordering goods, checking deliveries – and presenting them nicely

What we require:

• You enjoy learning at a fast pace – and see training as an opportunity; new trends excite you
• You find it easy to chat with international guests in English and German (French and other languages would be AWESOME)
• OPERA, GXP, MARSHA and other Marriott programs knowledge is a plus but not a must
• MS Office skills are an advantage
• You work in an efficient, organised and solution oriented way
• You enjoy working in a young & dynamic team
• Experience in F&B skills like service, bartending and preparing snacks are an advantage
