      Job Description

      In this strategic procurement role, you will lead the global category management of indirect spend areas across a diverse and evolving organizational landscape. Working closely with stakeholders from multiple business units and regions, you will develop sourcing strategies, drive supplier performance, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. The role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong platform for impact.

      • Define and implement global sourcing strategies for key indirect categories (e.g. professional services, marketing, HR, IT, facilities, etc.)
      • Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
      • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure procurement solutions are fit for purpose
      • Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities while managing risks and ensuring quality of supply
      • Manage supplier relationships and performance through structured governance and continuous improvement initiatives
      • Support the harmonization of procurement practices across regions and leverage global spend
      • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and reporting requirements

      The Successful Applicant

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, with a focus on indirect categories and international exposure
      • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with a proactive, analytical mindset
      • Track record of managing complex sourcing projects in matrixed or multinational environments
      • Fluent in English; additional languages (particularly German) are a plus
      • Proficiency with ERP and procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Coupa, etc.)
      • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%)
