As a CRM Functional Expert, you will be the driving force behind Sonova-s CRM adoption and maturity across the Wholesale organization. Acting as the global go-to person for CRM Sales topics, you-ll enable Commercial Excellence by leveraging Salesforce to its full potential-enhancing sales efficiency, process governance, and data quality to empower our teams and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
