Ihre Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate multiple IT-infrastructure projects (ServiceNow, Microsoft systems, Security, Networking) ensuring smooth implementation across various locations. Manage project timelines, resources, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, and report progress to management
• Align local and global IT-infrastructure projects within company guidelines., • Enforce processes for secure roll-out from 'Preparation' to 'Go-live.', • Handle escalations promptly and lead project meetings with minutes documentation
• Identify and manage risks to maintain project stability., • Provide detailed reports to senior management and Steering Committees., • Manage project budget and expenditures
• Risk Management & Reporting
• Facilitate collaboration between sites and SMEs., • Foster an inclusive environment across diverse teams

University degree or equivalent experience and certification., 5+ years managing international IT-infrastructure projects, GxP environments understanding, and IT systems knowledge., Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industries and familiarity with GxP regulations is a must., Excellent English verbal and written communication skills., Willingness to travel to sites in Europe and the USA as needed
