      In short

      • This is a strong opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling brand by driving the product strategy and retail performance across our distributor stores (DMS) globally
      • This role spans several distinct dimensions, focusing primarily on our distributors' stores, driving the product roadmap for retail globally, and acting as our global Go-To-Market (GTM) champion. As a Global Lead - DMS Merchant, you will be the bridge between our Retail Merchandising team across the globe and our cross-functional partners (including Global Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising). You will combine a deep product sensibility with sharp commercial analysis to unlock market opportunities and support our 2030 growth ambitions
      • You will be part of the Global Retail Merchandising team, working in a high-performance culture driven by forward thinking and collaboration

      DMS / Distributors Partner Management & GTM Alignment

      • Act as the primary global contact for DMS partners
      • Lead partners through the Go-To-Market (GTM) process, providing clear visibility into the product strategy
      • Drive pre-season planning and outline category level opportunities ahead of the season
      • Provide assortment guardrails to ensure product investments align with market opportunities
      • Help DMS customize their assortment based on trend, climate and local nuances
      • Establish the Product Long-Range Plan (LRP) to drive our 2030 Apparel and - Accessories growth goals
      • Analyze sales data, cross-channel analytics and market trends to identify product gaps and new opportunities
      • Partner with regional teams to gather localized feedback and build clear business cases to influence the global product roadmap
      • Coordinate global product flow to align with regional needs and consumer calendars
      • Own and coordinate the global GTM milestones for retail merchandising
      • Champion retail requirements as the leading voice in global GTM forums
      • Partner with Marketing and regional merchandising teams to define the consumer marketing calendar
      • Deliver insightful performance reporting to global merchandising and marketing leadership
      • Cross-Functional Retail Representation
      • Act as the central representative for retail across key cross-functional forums
      • Collaborate with Store Design, Visual Merchandising Product training and Global Demand Planning to drive cross functional initiatives

      Your story

      • Commercial Background: 6–8 years of proven experience in Retail Buying / Merchandising roles
      • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Apparel and Accessories categories
      • Collaboration & Influence: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholder decisions globally
      • Analytical Mindset: Strong reporting capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and market performance tracking
      • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
      • Execution: Highly structured, organized, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

      You will be part of the Retail Merchandising team, a team culture driven by innovation, collaboration, and high performance. You will work closely with Global Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Store Operations, and various other teams
