      How You’ll Make an Impact

      • Lead global tanking, final assembly, dismantling, and dispatch processes.

      • Support factory expansions and greenfield projects worldwide.

      • Drive innovation in productivity and process optimization.

      • Lead global process owner community and provide training to local engineers. Conduct operational audits and update production standards.

      • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on manufacturability improvements.

      • Support investigations and lead PFMEA activities.

      • Report monthly on global project progress and milestones.

      • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

      Your Background

      • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.

      • 10+ years of experience in transformer and shunt reactor manufacturing.

      • Proven experience in global project implementation and technology transfer.

      • Strong understanding of AC/DC transformer manufacturing concepts.

      • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and change management.

      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

      • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
