End-to-end responsibility for project management across all development phases (Core, Lifecycle, Technical Development), aligned with the overall Device Team plan
Application of best-in-class project management methodologies and tools for planning, communication, risk/issue management, collaboration, and budget tracking
Development, maintenance, and optimization of project plans (e.g., Design & Development Plan), including contingency planning
Ensuring transparent, structured communication across stakeholders and timely escalation of critical issues
Management of project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and dependencies
Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and issues, including implementation of corrective actions
Fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment through active team-building and cross-functional engagement
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration
Planning and facilitation of efficient meetings, along with responsibility for resource forecasting, budget monitoring, and cost control
Ensuring governance compliance, structured knowledge management, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices based on lessons learned
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience, with at least a few in a relevant industry, preferably within a global medical device, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical company
Experience in project management in drug and/or medical device development and commercialization, particularly with combination products
Proficiency in Project Management best practices and software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Google suite) - PMP certification is an asset
Knowledge of 21CFR820.30 design control requirements
Experience with vendor / partner collaboration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Fluent English is required. German, Japanese or Danish is of advantage
