PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of the role is to enhance the Company's Global Treasury function by combining treasury management expertise with IT systems knowledge, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on support for system implementation and optimization. The key focus is to improve global treasury operations through the effective use of technology, driving efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digitalization and Systems Integration

• Drives initiatives to automate key treasury processes
• Leads integration of treasury systems with other financial software (ERP, TMS) for seamless data flow and consolidated reporting

Data Analytics and Project Management

• Leverages data analytics to improve treasury forecasting, reporting, and decision-making
• Manages treasury-related IT projects, from identifying requirements and vendor selection to implementation and change management
• Performs various ad hoc analyses to analyze and improve the performance of the Global Treasury Team

Process Improvement and Collaboration

• Identifies and implements improvements to enhance treasury processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness
• Contributes to various treasury projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Works closely with internal teams (Finance, IT) and external stakeholders to align treasury activities with organizational goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Finance/Business Administration Bachelor's / Master’s degree or similar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury management in an international company, with an IT affinity
• Very good understanding of Treasury operations, relevant KPIs and requirements related to treasury operations is necessary
• Prior working experience of Treasury Management Systems and data bases
• Exceptional team player capabilities to collaborate with various stakeholder in the business
• Strong appetite for working in a fast-growing, international environment
