Our Grid Integration – GPQSS (AC system integration business) is seeking a global Marketing and Sales Leader to shape, accelerate, and execute our worldwide commercial strategy. This senior strategic role requires an accomplished sales executive capable of driving profitable growth, strengthening our market presence, and leading high‑performing global teams within a complex matrix organization. As the Executive Sales & Marketing Manager, you will own the long‑term commercial strategy and its operational execution for the Global Product Group, setting the global sales vision and targets while ensuring effective deployment across countries and segments. You will be responsible for delivering ambitious growth, margin, and market‑expansion objectives in alignment with the Business Unit’s Marketing & Sales strategy. As a key member of the global leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and regional leaders, and you will represent Hitachi Energy’s Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service business in senior customer engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships, positioning the organization as a trusted technology leader.
