We seek a Head Strategy & Business Development to join our Exchanges team in Zurich, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, expanding business opportunities, and fostering innovation. What You Will Do

• Drive strategic roadmap development and implementation aligned with corporate goals and shareholder expectations
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis and strategic foresight
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable measures with clear KPIs and performance outcomes
• Build strong relationships with corporates, trading participants, and institutional investors to support growth
• Lead initiatives for new market segments, ESG products, and digital transformation to enhance competitiveness

What You Bring

• University degree in business, finance, or economics and 10–15 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in corporate strategy and business development within capital markets or financial institutions
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence at executive level and across functions
• High analytical capability and strategic vision combined with a results-oriented mindset and innovation focus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
