• Join us as Team Leader for Cryptographic Services — a key leadership role within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. You’ll shape the future of cryptographic solutions that protect our organization’s most valuable assets, from digital identity to sensitive data
• Cryptographic Services is part of our Architecture, Governance & Security organization. We are a dynamic, agile, and high-impact team responsible for delivering enterprise-wide security infrastructure services, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Encryption as a Service (EaaS), Location as a Service (LaaS), Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
• Our mission is simple but powerful: Deliver robust, scalable security solutions that enable digital transformation—safely and securely
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with Security Architects, IT Operations, Compliance, and key business stakeholders to build and advance market-leading cryptographic capabilities
• Lead and inspire a team of 9 skilled security professionals
• Define and execute product vision based on technology trends, user needs, and compliance standards
• Strategically manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficient resource planning
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of cryptographic services
• Drive continuous innovation and elevate the maturity of our cryptographic capabilities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, with 3+ years background in cryptographic services, information security, or infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in PKI, HSM, encryption technologies, or related security infrastructure
• Strategic thinker with a track record in optimizing operational processes and budgets
• Strong, inspirational leader who builds high-trust teams and fosters innovation
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German or Spanish is a plus
