Do you want to lead the development of next‑generation financial market infrastructure built on distributed ledger technology? Are you excited about defining and scaling regulated digital asset services—such as crypto custody, staking, tokenization, and DLT‑based market rails? Then our Product Management team at SDX would like to hear from you! We are an innovation‑driven, engineering‑minded unit delivering secure, regulated, and high‑performance digital asset solutions. Our mission is to build and operate institutional‑grade DLT infrastructure, enabling digital securities issuance, settlement in wholesale CBDC, and integrated crypto services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Strategy, and central banks & regulators to shape impactful, technologically advanced financial products.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive the product roadmap for digital securities, crypto custody, staking, and DLT‑based settlement systems, aligned to licensed CSD and FMI requirements.
- Manage a team of product managers who will define functional and technical specifications including smart‑contract standards, token models, custody workflows, validator/consensus considerations, APIs, and integration layers. Oversee the cross‑functional delivery of the roadmap.
- Oversee transformation of digital securities lifecycle processes on DLT (issuance, custody, primary/secondary settlement, corporate actions) and coordinate with wholesale CBDC pilots.
- Strong contribution to thought leadership activities including workshops with external stakeholders (public and private sector), representation at events, public speaking engagements etc..
- Drive discovery and prototyping: evaluate protocols, custody engines, staking node infrastructure, and secure cloud deployments; build business cases and go‑to‑market plans.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in blockchain/tokenization and smart‑contract architecture with delivery in institutional settings.
- Proven experience in delivering institutional-grade use cases on DLT, with a focus on the institutional crypto space.
- Strong understanding of relevant market developments in the application of DLT technology in capital markets, including market trends and successful institutional use cases
- Experience engaging central banks, regulators, and industry groups on tokenized assets, wCBDC, and DLT settlement models.
- Hands‑on knowledge of secure crypto custody and staking infrastructures (key management, HSM/KMS, validator operations, segregated accounts).
