In this highly visible global leadership role, you will:, • Own and continuously improve global end-user services, including the Global Service Desk and associated back-office functions, • Lead and govern external service providers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual compliance, • Manage IT service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business needs, • Ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints, driving timely resolution and high satisfaction, • Oversee core management responsibilities, including resource and capacity planning, communication planning, budgeting, and regular service reviews, • Provide executive-level support for senior IT leadership and VIP stakeholders
You are an experienced leader with a strong focus on service excellence and people management. Skilled in communication, project management, and analytical decision-making, you effectively manage stakeholders and service providers while thriving in international, multicultural teams
