We are now seeking a passionate and dynamic Head of Executive Lounges & Hospitality – Switzerland, Italy and France to help shape the future of our brand and create extraordinary experiences for travelers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full regional Lounge leadership, project responsibility and P&L ownership, delivering agreed projects and growth plans while achieving measurable improvements in revenue, EBITDA, occupancy and seat turn within a 12-month period.,
• Identify, evaluate and progress new lounge opportunities in Italy and France, leading tender processes and investment-ready business cases with regional and global teams.,
• Drive immediate and sustained improvements in guest experience and NPS by embedding 4–5* hotel standards into airport lounge operations.,
• Build and strengthen senior commercial relationships with airports, airlines and partners to unlock growth and long-term value.,
• Enhance food and beverage performance through improved quality, consistency, innovation and cost control based on data, insight and trends.,

YOUR PROFILE,

• Proven ability to deliver tangible commercial and operational results within a defined timeframe in interim, turnaround or growth-focused hospitality roles.,
• Senior leadership experience in 4–5* hospitality, combining a strong guest-centric mindset with proven food & beverage expertise and a focus on quality and consistency.,
• Deep understanding of the Italian and/or French hospitality and airport markets with established senior-level industry relationships.,
• A confident, credible and resilient leader with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise teams quickly. ,
• Fluent English and Italian/French is essential, and a high degree of mobility across the region required
