      • blockDevelop, implement and deliver strategic approach to further strengthen FIFA’s human rights and anti-discrimination programme in line with FIFA Statutes, Human Rights Policy and responsibilities under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
      • blockCollaborate closely and constructively with other FIFA functional areas, the FIFA Sub-Committee on Human Rights and Social Responsibility and local entities responsible for the organization of FIFA competitions in embedding respect for and promotion of human rights across FIFA’s operations and relationships
      • blockMaintain meaningful, continuous and constructive engagement with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to FIFA Member Associations and Confederations, International Organizations, FIFA commercial partners, football player unions and human rights organizations
      • blockEnsure the active and transparent communication of FIFA’s human rights work and represent FIFA publicly in relevant forums as a highly respected subject matter expert
      • blockAnticipate trends in relation to sport and human rights, drive necessary change and provide strategic guidance to senior management

      • blockTrue subject matter expert with track record of 10+ years as a results-oriented human rights executive with a leading international company or organization
      • blockDemonstrated success in creating and executing a winning strategy as well as in building and leading motivated, effective and efficient teams
      • blockExperience building healthy and meaningful collaboration, relationships, and partnerships with stakeholders from different fields
      • blockKnowledge and experience of working with marginalized and vulnerable people, communities and their organizations
      • blockMaster's degree or similar in a field related to international affairs, international human rights, international law, politics, or international business
      • blockContinued education in related matters an advantage
      • blockHigh ethical standards and personal integrity
      • blockExcellent understanding of the various human rights impacts in and around football and experience in implementing programs to respect and promote human rights in sport
      • blockIn-depth knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, relevant human rights treaties and conventions, and other international human rights standards and experience in applying them in a corporate environment
      • blockGood understanding of international affairs and the various stakeholders relevant to football and human rights
      • blockStrong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in a complex organizational environment
      • blockGood strategic and conceptual thinking paired with the ability to action strategies and achieve significant results
      • blockExcellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
      • blockStrong entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and resilience
      • blockProficiency in any other language (e.g. French, Spanish or Arabic) is an asset
      • blockWillingness to travel
