      Head of International Expansion

      As a Head of International Expansion, you will:
      Build and maintain strategic relationships in Europe, the UAE, and the US.
      Serve as a strategic bridge for companies seeking market access, funding, and positioning across the Swiss, US, and UAE ecosystems.
      Advise on structuring tailored investment and go-to-market solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
      Drive, generate, and manage a robust deal pipeline, targeting CHF 1m+ in revenue over a 12-month period through co-investments, strategic partnerships, and platform engagements.
      Collaborate internally with legal, product, and operations teams to structure and onboard new partners and ensure a smooth client journey.
      Take a leading role in targeting and converting institutional clients, helping LEVA deepen its presence among more sophisticated investor segments.
      Mentor team members in business development and other departments, promoting knowledge sharing, commercial mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.
      Support the management team in preparing and executing the company’s next fundraising round, including equity and/or debt financing strategies, investor engagement, and pitch preparation.
      Your qualifications:
      Over 5 years of previous experience in a start-up environment, ideally working closely with the GCC and the US market.
      Previous experience in entrepreneurial finance and fundraising.
      Strong connections to Tier 1 players in the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem.
      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
      Strategic mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven performance management, and customer-centricity.
      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
      Strong analytical skills.
      Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing customer success teams, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
