Head of Sales - Micro Optics and Foundry Services (MOS)
Your Tasks
Management of the international and global MOS Sales team
Developing the sales strategy for expanding the business, and implementing strategic market development plans in collaboration with Business Development and Sales Managers
Responsibility for achieving sales targets, turnover, and order intake
Business development and project acquisition, focusing on OEM volume applications and corresponding sales activities
Analysing the market environment and potential, with regard to new application trends and technologies, in collaboration with Product Management
Your Profile
Proven track record in sales management and sales of technology-intensive OEM components
Technical degree in engineering, process engineering, physics or related fields, as well as further training in business administration
Experience in optical component, and high-volume contract manufacturing is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
