Your Role

As Head Product Management AM at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an ambitious and driven leader responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for Asset Management, owning the full product life cycle from ideation through launch, maintenance and phase-out and provide strategic product leadership to ensure a competitive, scalable, and regulation-compliant product offering.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AM product strategy in alignment with key stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end product life cycle including ideation, structuring, launch, monitoring, and phase-out of investment funds and mandates
• Ensure product positioning and support for the group-wide distribution channels
• Coordinate across fund companies to ensure consistent product governance and efficient processes
• Drive product innovation, like the development of active ETFs
• Lead and develop the AM Product Management team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
• Act as key interface between Investment Teams, fund management companies, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk, etc.

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Banking, BA with specialization in Financial Services or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
• 10 years of practical experience in the field of fund product management, product development within a regulated asset management environment
• Deep understanding in the field of investment funds and of the respective regulatory framework, e.g. CISA, UCITS, SFDR
• Ability to work with various stakeholder
• Hands-on mentality
• Leadership experience
• Fluency in English; Fluency in German is a strong plus
