Are you a strategic product leader who knows how to bring clarity, focus, and structure into complex environments? As Head of Product Management, you will lead Product Managers across our Card, TWINT and ATM Ecosystem. You will establish consistent standards, drive product direction, and ensure that our products and services evolve in a customer-centric, efficient, and scalable way. Working closely with Client & Business Development, IT, Payment Fraud & Dispute Services and Operations you will guide the organization from the current state into a high-performing target state
Lead and develop the Product Management organization, including team leads and 12 Product Managers in Zurich in Warsaw, fostering a clear and high-performing way of working
Drive the product strategy across all payment products and services, translating corporate strategy into a coherent product vision and roadmap
Ensure agile delivery excellence, including backlog quality, time-to-market, operational feasibility, and full lifecycle management from idea to sunset
Represent Product Management towards senior management, clients, and partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and transparency on goals, progress, and dependencies
Oversee budgeting, business cases, commercial assessments, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
What You Bring
Several years of leadership experience in Product Management within complex platforms, ecosystems, or regulated environments, preferably in payments
Expertise in payments, cards, digital payments, or comparable infrastructures, combined with strong understanding of regulatory and risk-related topics
Proven ability to prioritize effectively, reduce complexity, and provide clear direction across multiple time horizons
A credible and development-oriented leadership style, with the ability to unite different organizational cultures and guide experts without micromanagement
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure commercial and operational alignment. Excellent German (understanding of Swiss German required) and English skills; French is an advantage
