High Voltage Testing and Process Engineer for Bushings 80 – 100% (f/m/d)
How you'll make an impact
- Lead and execute high-voltage testing activities in compliance with IEC, IEEE, and internal standards
- Design and implement test setups, selecting appropriate HV equipment and methodologies
- Analyze test data, document results, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to define test strategies and process requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in testing and prototyping processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safe operation of HV test equipment
- Support prototyping activities and assess process feasibility in a manufacturing environment
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and company policies
Your background
- Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high voltage testing. Process engineering experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HV testing protocols, equipment, and safety practices
- Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Proficient in analysing test data and conducting failure analyses
- Fluent in German and good English knowledge, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
