For a leading interdisciplinary healthcare company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f) who enjoys supporting people and organizations through growth and change. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all HR topics along the employee life cycle and play a key role in driving the ongoing development of the organization.
HR Business Partnering & Advisory
Act as the dedicated HR partner for assigned portfolio companies, providing comprehensive support across the entire employee life cycle as well as project-related HR services.
Advise and coach managers and employees on HR-related matters, leveraging the expertise of the Lead HRBP and the extended HR team.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with management, employees, and HR colleagues.
Organizational Development & Post-Merger Integration
Work closely with hiring managers on staffing needs and workforce planning.
Support the harmonization of HR policies and processes in line with the national HR agenda.
Contribute to change management and employee engagement initiatives during and after transformation phases.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment processes together with hiring managers, supported by the HR SSC.
Strengthen the employer brand through high-quality recruitment and targeted initiatives.
Support onboarding, performance management, competency development, and the creation of talent pipelines for key roles.
Employee Relations & Implementation of HR Policies
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the Lead HRBP.
Ensure consistent application of Swiss labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
Support the implementation of digital compliance and training systems.
Collaboration with the HR SSC & HR Team
Work closely with the HR SSC on payroll, benefits, HR administration, data, and other services.
Provide local insights to help improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives led by the Lead HRBP and/or CHRO.
HR studies or further training in the field of HR.
Relevant experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in a multi-entity or decentralized organizational environment
Professional experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law
Hands-on operational HR expertise combined with strong business partnering experience
Experience in business integration, change management, organizational development, and cultural integration
Excellent German and English skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels
Confident working in a dynamic and evolving environment; resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Proactive, pragmatic, solution-driven, and highly team-oriented
Able to balance operational execution with support for strategic initiatives
