The HR Generalist provides comprehensive operational HR support and guidance to line managers and employees across the group functions, with particular focus on Swiss HR Operations. The role supports managers in applying effective people management practices and ensures compliance with Swiss labor legislation, social security regulations, and internal policies.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, the HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, employee relations, absence management, and offboarding. The role contributes to the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and processes, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices and positive employee experience.
