      HR Operations Specialist

      Department

      • Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:
      • Manage diverse HR administration processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all intermediate stages such as work certificates, relocation and other employment-related documentation
      • Proactively monitor and maintain high standards of data quality in the HRIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates
      • Ensure all incoming requests and inquiries from employees are appropriately addressed
      • Provide support to payroll by entering monthly variable data, collecting annual tax residency certificates and updating pension plan contribution rates within the system
      • Produce HR analysis and reports for different departments
      • Lead HR Operations projects aimed at improving existing practices, methods, and procedures, and drive digitalization within current processes as well as in the development of new ones
      • Manage the internal platform for employee benefits and events, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates
      • Apply and promote HR internal policies and regulations across stakeholders (employees, managers, HR team)
      • Document best practices and decisions taken within HR for future reference
      • Manage relationships and collaborate with external partners and service providers

      Federal HR Specialist Certificate (Brevet fédéral en Ressources Humaines)

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
      • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
      • Proven ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential data with absolute discretion and compliance
      • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SuccessFactors; Power BI experience is a plus
      • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
      • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset
