      Your main responsibilities:

      • Overall responsibility for the company-wide hygiene program (end-to-end)
      • Central point of contact for all hygiene-related topics within the organization
      • Definition, coordination, and continuous improvement of the hygiene program to ensure the highest production quality
      • Monitoring of regular and non-routine hygiene activities (e.g. sampling, hygiene monitoring, methods, external laboratories, reporting)
      • Assessment of identified risks as well as recommendation and implementation of appropriate control and preventive measures
      • Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training and educational materials related to hygiene topics
      • Escalation of quality-relevant risks and deviations to the appropriate management levels
      • Support and active preparation of internal and external audits (e.g. FDA, ISO, product safety, customers)
      • Ensuring compliance with GMP (ISO 22716), GLP, and ISO 9001
      • Compliance with and promotion of Swiss safety and corporate standards to ensure a safe workplace

      Your profile:

      • Completed degree in microbiology, food science, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, or a comparable scientific/technical field
      • 1–3 years of professional experience in a comparable production or manufacturing environment
      • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
      • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
      • Solution-oriented and structured working style
      • Strong strategic thinking skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Very good written and spoken communication skills in German (at least B1) and English (fluent)
