      Our client, a forward-thinking consultancy specialized in Digital Workplace solutions, is looking for an ICT Consultant – Microsoft 365 (a) to join their dynamic team.

      Tasks

      As an ICT Consultant, you will analyze customer needs and design end-user-focused digital workplace solutions that align with modern business goals using Microsoft 365 technologies.

      Your key responsibilities will include:

      • Analyzing customer needs through workshops, assessments, and surveys.
      • Designing customer-centric Microsoft 365 projects and Digital Workspace solutions.
      • Developing structured SharePoint platforms based on business needs.
      • Advising on security topics within the Microsoft 365 environment.
      • Contributing to the continuous development of the Microsoft 365 service portfolio.
      • Coordinating projects and supporting change management processes.
      • Delivering presentations and training sessions for clients.
      • Collaborating closely with the Digital Workspace and Cloud team.
      • Defining use cases with Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and Power Platform.

       

      Requirements

      You will thrive in this role if you bring:

      • Completed education in Informatics or Business Informatics (FH/HF level).
      • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Cloud Security.
      • Deep understanding of Data Management and experience with Enterprise Content Management.
      • Experience with client virtualization is a plus.
      • Very good German and English skills.
      • Quick comprehension skills and high social competence.
      • An open, structured, and reliable working style with a customer-focused mindset.
