      YOUR TASKS:

      Clients are at the heart of everything we do at KCx. As we expand our Execution product and footprint, globally, we need talent. You will need to be comfortable working at the intersection of clients and technology, helping shape our product to be more agile, and stay on top of the rapidly evolving liquidity and quant landscape. You will join an Execution team that is present in 14 major financial centres in Europe and the US.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Covering global institutional clients within the Equity division
      • Driving sales by marketing and implementing pre- and post-trade products and services
      • Managing, developing, and retaining international client relationships
      • Identifying and generating leads for prospective new clients
      • Contributing to product development and market structure initiatives
      • Promoting our Global Execution Franchise to existing clients, including ETFs, Program Trading, Low-Touch, and High-Touch execution
      • Account management and client servicing

      QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

      • Dynamic and forward-thinking with a results-driven approach
      • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      • Client-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities
      • Self-motivated yet collaborative in a team environment
      • Solid understanding of financial markets, including front- and back-office processes
      • Degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Market Finance and Quantitative Analysis
      • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
