Ihre Aufgaben und Ihr Profil

• Operative Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen inkl. elektronischer Kundenportale
• Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Abteilungen im Auftrags- und Transportprozess
• Weltweite Ansprechperson für Auftragsänderungen sowie für Zoll- und Transportthemen
• Erstellung von Export-, Import- und Transportdokumenten inkl. E-Dec und EVV
• Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung sowie Export, Import und Crosstrade
• Kenntnisse in Exportabwicklung, Dreiecksgeschäften und Zoll-/Transportdokumentation
• Zollkenntnisse (z. B. Tarifierung, Ursprungsregeln, Verzollungsverfahren, Veredelungsverkehr) von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
