Tasks

Covering for vacations or other absences? Assignments (Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in two shifts) are planned well in advance and divided among several employees. Short-term call-ins are the exception.

On an hourly wage basis, you will take on the following tasks:

• Daily provision and management of training and office premises in accordance with specifications (seating, furnishing of training rooms, first-level support for screens and projectors, replenishment of cleaning and consumables)
• Ensuring the daily operational readiness and technical facilities of the training and office rooms
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders for technical and infrastructural issues (no facility management)
• Support in the coordination of external providers in building management
• Support with administrative activities and dealing with digital systems
• Service work and supplying other LAT-CH locations
• Assistance with general, cross-divisional repair and maintenance work

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for a reliable, flexible person with manual dexterity and a basic understanding of technology - you work independently, think in a solution-oriented way and are confident in the digital workplace.

• Completed technical apprenticeship or comparable technical background
• Manual dexterity, practical approach to work and willingness to get stuck in
• High level of service orientation, flexibility and openness
• Experience or technical understanding of building infrastructure is an advantage
• Knowledge of AV technology (screens, projectors) or willingness to learn the ropes
• Confident use of a PC/laptop as well as e-mail, Microsoft Teams and MS Office (Office 365)
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• German at least level B2 / English level A2-B1
