Position Summary

As an Innovation Manager within our Engineering Department, you will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge ideas, services, processes, and products that shape the future of aerospace. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic innovation projects, and foster a culture where creativity, technical excellence, and forward-thinking thrive.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Innovation Strategies: Shape and execute our innovation roadmap to accelerate growth and differentiation.

• Lead High-Impact Projects: Manage end-to-end innovation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

• Research & Trend Analysis: Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, and trends within aerospace and adjacent industries.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to bring ideas to life.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate insights, proposals, and outcomes to the steering committee and the senior leadership, as well as external partners.

• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources for innovation initiatives.

• Risk Management: Assess risks and define mitigation strategies for new products and concepts.

• Foster an Innovation Culture: Inspire creativity across the organization through training, workshops, and proactive engagement.

Your profile

• Bachelor-s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience managing innovation initiatives-ideally in the aerospace sector
• Strong knowledge of emerging aerospace technologies and market trends
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
