      Job Description

      EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global company on an exclusive basis. We are searching for a fluent German speaking Interim HR Generalist to join the Zug office, as they continue their exciting growth phase.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, Swiss labor law, immigration processes, and operational HR excellence.

      This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys shaping HR foundations within a growing organization.

      The role will be based in Zug, Switzerland and will be a four to six-month contract.

      This role also offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative culture in a scale-up environment backed by an established global business. You will play a pivotal role helping to support and evolve HR processes and practices.

      Key responsibilities of the Interim HR Generalist:

      • Manage HR data accuracy and updates within the company-s HR system, while delivering responsive support to employee queries
      • Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers
      • Coordinate benefits administration and relocation logistics, including immigration support for domestic and international hires
      • Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies and support ongoing regional and global HR projects

      Your profile:

      • Ability to deal with all levels of seniority and key stakeholder management skills
      • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-moving, international or startup style environment
      • Strong working knowledge of Swiss employment and immigration regulations
      • Fluency in German is mandatory
