      Interim Strategy Lead (4-month mission)

      For four months, you will assume a mission critical role at the center of Hero’s enterprise direction. As Interim Strategy Lead, you will guide high impact decisions, shape our growth agenda, oversee M&A initiatives, and lead complex integrations. This assignment requires a seasoned strategist who can operate with executive maturity, navigate ambiguity, and deliver clarity when it matters most

      Drive Insight Led Decisions

      • You will act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, providing structured analysis, scenario modelling, and recommendation frameworks that inform enterprise level choices
      • Lead the M&A Journey End-to-End
      • You will support the M&A pipeline, assess strategic fit, lead due diligence, valuation models, define synergy logic, and prepare high stakes investment cases for the Executive Board
      • You will enable embedding strategic priorities in business plans
      • You will shape our strategic intelligence capabilities by leveraging AI based tools and trend scanning methodologies that sharpen Hero’s foresight and agility

      Executive‑Level Strategist

      • Proven senior leadership experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A, finance, or similar roles within FMCG/CPG, Big 4, or financial institutions
      • Comfortable leading through influence in a complex, matrixed global environment
      • Strong business acumen and the ability to bridge long term vision with practical market execution
      • Ability to manage through ambiguity
      • Very strong analytical abilities with solid financial modelling and valuation skills
      • Skilled at synthesizing diverse inputs into concise recommendations for senior executives
      • Natural partner to Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and business leaders, ensuring end to end alignment
      • Experienced in navigating change, integrating organizations, and maintaining engagement during transition
      • Familiar with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams; understanding of GenAI tools is a bonus
      • Curious about new technologies and how they shape better strategic choices
      • Fluent in English (required)
      • Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus
