      Your Mission

      • Cross-functional collaboration; working closely with all planning teams across the end-to-end planning critical path including: IBP, Category Management, and Demand & Supply Planning
      • Coordinating activities, preparing materials for key planning forums, and managing project timelines to ensure alignment across our broader Go-To-Market, Product, and Supply organisations
      • Supporting strategic initiatives aimed at maturing our E2E planning function by researching industry best practices and assisting with user testing of new planning systems

      Your story

      • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for using data to uncover insights
      • You are a structured thinker who is naturally curious about how complex systems work and is passionate about finding ways to make them better, faster, and more efficient
      • You are a natural team player with excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organisation
      • You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are not afraid to take on new challenges
      • You have a genuine interest in understanding how a global business operates and are eager to learn how strategy connects to execution across product, market, and supply chain operations

      About the Team

      • This role is part of our Integrated End-to-End Planning function, focused on delivering impactful process improvements and orchestrating our master planning calendar to align with On's entrepreneurial culture

We act as Growth Orchestrators - building, growing, and empowering the team to connect strategy to execution across our Go-To-Market, Product, and Supply organisations. We use data and analytics to steer decisions and ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time
      • Just by the banks of the Limmat you’ll find our largest global hub in Zürich West – On Labs – where you can hike up 12 floors through our custom-built spiral trail

      Head of Integrated Business Planning

      • The great thing about our Supply Chain at On is our adaptable, agile structure. We’re a passionate team constantly looking for originality, pushing the status quo to keep up with On's growth and strong focus on sustainability
      • On is a place that is centered around growth and progress. We offer an environment designed to give people the tools to develop holistically – to stay active, to learn, explore and innovate. Our distinctive approach combines a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere, with access to personal self-care for both physical and mental well-being, so each person is led by purpose
      • On is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a work environment that is fair and inclusive, where all decisions related to recruitment, advancement, and retention are free of discrimination
