Have you always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of a leading mountain sports brand? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. As of October,1 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented intern to support our Marketing Switzerland team for 12 months.

Your responsibilities
- Assist in managing and executing various marketing initiatives for retail stores (own & franchise), field accounts, and buying groups in Switzerland
- Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with B2B partners and retail stores in Switzerland
- Aid in planning and organizing end-consumer events for retail and field accounts, including workshops, test events and snow and safety activities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns within shop-in-shops (windows) and organizing visual merchandising activities
- Support the management of local sponsorships and collaborations, including athletes, climbing gyms, and associations, while contributing to the yearly marketing plan to ensure brand visibility
- Support collaboration and partnership with regional/local marketing organizations to optimize and drive the success of the brand in the region
- Assist in organizing specific B2B events together with the Sales Team to share the passion for the brand
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with focus in Marketing or related field
- Strong interest in trade & retail marketing and brand development as well as the sporting or outdoor goods industry
- A creative, innovative and hands-on personality with a cross functional mindset
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills and a high flexibility & willingness to work during temporary peaks or at events on weekends
- Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Suite and Asana would be desirable
