Intern Real Estate Transactions (50% – 80%)
Are you passionate about real estate and eager to learn from experienced professionals?
As an Intern Real Estate Transactions (50% – 80%) you’ll be at the heart of our acquisitions, sales and letting activities, supporting key processes and gaining valuable exposure to the Swiss property market.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers
- Assist in real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers, reports, and presentations
- Support sales and letting activities, help coordinate listings, liaise with brokers and external partners
- Contribute to monthly reporting
- Support process improvement and internal procedures
- Provide administrative support and coordinate operational projects
- Analyze and track new real estate development opportunities (residential, commercial, healthcare)
- Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors
- Organize, attend, and follow up on internal and external meetings
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or Hospitality Management, ideally with a focus on Finance/Real Estate
- First professional experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector
- Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset
- Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German, with a good command of English. French is a strong advantage.
