How you’ll make an impact

• Design tools improving safety and assembly quality

• Define tools enhancing safety and ergonomics

• Analyze and document manufacturing and operational processes

• Conduct feasibility studies for process modifications

• Support implementation of optimization solutions

• Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities

• Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results

Your background

• Engineering student or advanced technician specializing in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering

• Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo or AutoCAD

• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus

• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory. A good level of technical English is desirable

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and autonomy

• Effective team communicator who works proactively, shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
