How you’ll make an impact
Design tools improving safety and assembly quality
Define tools enhancing safety and ergonomics
Analyze and document manufacturing and operational processes
Conduct feasibility studies for process modifications
Support implementation of optimization solutions
Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results
Your background
Engineering student or advanced technician specializing in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo or AutoCAD
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus
Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory. A good level of technical English is desirable
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and autonomy
Effective team communicator who works proactively, shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
