Internship Management of Changes (9-12 months)
The Internship Management of Change (MoC) is responsible for and manages the application of Skyguide's management of change framework in key projects/programmes in Skyguide and drives the automation of the workflow
Using and improving the MoC (management of change) framework and tools of Skyguide on key projects/EPICs
Preparing material, attending and supporting MoC events, half-day trainings, and workshops with key stakeholders
Attending stakeholder meetings to capture detail on change impact assessments
Preparing the people transition and adoption plans with the Change Management Executive and supporting in the creation of presentation, surveys and other material needed for managing the people side of change
Improving MoC workflows through automation
Keeps ops engagement and change readiness dashboards up to date
Presentation of plans to the Project and Release teams and other stakeholders
What we are looking for:
Bachelor or Master degree in either of management, business, marketing, with an interest and knowledge about transformation and the people side of change
Previous internship/volunteering or other work experience in a company/organization
Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office 365 (MO365) suite, including advanced features of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with Power BI is a plus
Understanding and experienced in using and embedding AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) in daily workflow to automate repetitive tasks
Motivation: You are driven by purpose, taking initiative to move things forward
Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Fluent in English, good command in German or French is a plus
