How you’ll make an impact
Lead the overall project in close alignment with Department Heads
Define and specify KPIs for the management & steering of the different functions, up to the highest level (P&L) of the respective service unit
Implement a management software / IT platform across all functions and hierarchy levels
Communicate changes, provide trainings and manage the change process together with the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement and Operating Unit Manager
Gain deep understanding of Lean Daily Management tools
Learn how organizational effectiveness is measured and tracked
Explore communication and management in a growing organization
Your background
Completed basic studies or in the final stages in engineering or business-related fields
Strong interest in business improvements and IT topics
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
Independent, structured, and reliable work style
Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination
