Your Tasks

• In close collaboration with our partners and your project team, you can make a direct contribution in the following areas:
• Conducting real estate valuations and profitability analyses
• Supporting real estate project developments and architectural competitions
• Preparing location, market and property analyses
• Performing research, on-site property assessments, and developing strategic concepts
• In addition, you’ll assist the team with project administration and coordination, as well as the preparation of reports and presentations

Your Profile

• A completed bachelor’s degree and/or currently enrolled in a master’s program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability topics
• Strategic and creative thinker with a flair for numbers and data
• Digital affinity and strong proficiency in MS Office, complemented by excellent communication skills
• French native speaker with business-fluent English (spoken and written); German skills are a plus
