• For our SpaceLab Team at our headquarters in Sachseln, we are looking for a new intern to join us immediately or by mutual agreement. This and primarily involves working on manned and unmanned spacecraft projects.,
• full-time internship lasts at least six months

Internship SpaceLab - Project Management Support 100%

• As an intern, you will support maxon’s SpaceLab project managers with document handling and other project-related tasks for actuators used in space mechanisms, including motors, gearboxes, and related components. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting document management (Compliance Matrices, Flow Charts, Data Packages, etc.), including generation, change control and approvals
• Providing administrative support to project managers across projects and sales engineers within the sales processes
• Additionally, there might be the chance to participate in the assembly and test of space hardware (depending on need and candidate interests)
• are currently finalizing or have finalized your apprenticeship (preferred business administration, computer science or similar) or a Bachelor’s program in Business Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar
• have in-depth MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Visio & MS Project are a plus)
• have an interest to work with processes, documentation and quality compliance
• can work independently and are a team player
• are fluent in English; German is a plus
• A plus, but not required, is an interest in business process automation and data manipulation, ideally combined with programming skills (Python preferred)
