Investment Banking Operations Analyst (German Speaking) Location: Zurich, Switzerland (On-site only – no remote work/home office) Contract Duration: 12 months

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst with German language skills to support investment banking operations. As part of our consulting firm, you will be deployed on-site to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes across securities and investment banking functions.

Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of securities and investment banking operations, including settlements, trade support, and client order handling. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions across global markets. Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and settlement discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and align data inputs with settlement instructions. Respond to client and stakeholder queries related to transactions, asset movements, or operational issues. Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the operations team.

Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in banking, preferably in investment banking operations, middle office, or back office roles. Strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and securities operations. German language proficiency (minimum B2 level required) – both spoken and written. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills
