Database Management:

• Proficiency in SQL, Progress, MySQL, Oracle, or similar databases
• Ability to manage data integrity, security, and performance
• Strong skills in Java, Python, .NET, C#, or other relevant programming languages to develop and maintain applications
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to databases, applications, and IT infrastructure
• Experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile (Scrum) or traditional (PMP), to oversee IT projects from initiation to completion
• Fluency in English and German:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to lead or participate in IT projects with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs
• Independent and Teamwork:
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Knowledge of Laboratory Operations:
• Familiarity with laboratory processes, information systems (LIS), and healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Experience with middleware integration, instrument interfaces, and laboratory automation systems
• Exposure to BI tools like PowerBI or similar for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous
