This position plays a key role in supporting IT infrastructure operations by managing and maintaining critical technical documentation and configuration data. The role ensures that accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information is available to support system reliability, compliance, and efficient IT service delivery
Develop, maintain, and organize , including implementation guides and technical training documents
Create and update , such as change logs, implementation plans, and release notes to ensure traceability and accountability

Manage and maintain the ensuring accurate tracking of infrastructure assets and configuration items
Standardize and maintain , including operating manuals, knowledge base articles (KBAs), FAQs, and internal Wiki content for team reference and self-service
Support compliance and audit readiness by managing , including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and other validation and governance-related materials
regulated documentation
Collaborate closely with IT operations, security, and project teams to ensure documentation is aligned with current infrastructure and business needs
Champion best practices in documentation, version control, and knowledge sharing within the infrastructure team
5+ years of experience in GMP-regulated environments
Several years in managing end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB
Excellent knowledge in configuration management policies, procedures, and standards
Solid understanding in best practice eg ITIL, GxP
Experience with electronic quality and document management systems
Experience in participation in service design, delivery and process creation
Experience in IT infrastructure environments and a solid understanding of configuration and change management
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MasterControl, SharePoint, ITSM platforms)
Knowledge of CMDB principles and asset lifecycle tracking
Experience with ITIL processes is a plus
Higher vocational education and training
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English (C1 level) and German (B1/B2)
