Overview of Role
Rothschild & Co as an organisation requires a high quality and responsive IT service for busy professionals. The organisation is committed to excellence and discretion in the services provided to its clients and needs similarly high standards in support of its own staff. Rothschild & Co is building a strong IT Service Management team to support the business in its ambitious strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have a varied and hands-on role working as part of the IT Services Team. This covers a wide range of topics such as support and continuous improvements to our workplace infrastructure in collaboration with the Service Provider, support of our Traders and their trading systems, onsite support of Bank staff, leading projects in our Workplace environment and other Infrastructure areas. Given the nature of the role and its close interaction with internal stakeholders, the position is fully on-site.
As part of a small team, it is important that the candidate is service oriented, technically strong, thinks flexibly, takes ownership, communicates well and is an excellent team player.
