IT Program Manager – Digital Transformation
this is a contract opportunity for an IT PM with large scale IT Transformation experience to join or Switzerland based client in the Energy sector
Your tasks:
- Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programmes delivered through external partners and outsourced service providers
- Oversee governance, commercial aspects, and vendor performance across complex delivery models
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective programme execution
- Manage strategic sourcing and support delivery across multi-year transformation initiatives
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to keep business outcomes on track
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across hybrid internal and external teams
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience in IT programme management within large-scale transformation environments
- Strong background in vendor management, outsourced service delivery, and partner governance
- Experience working with complex stakeholder groups in multinational or global settings
- Ability to manage commercial oversight and coordinate hybrid delivery teams effectively
- Language skills: English
