How you can make an impact
- Manage assigned projects (both software/products and/or infrastructure projects) and the production of relevant project deliverables and artefacts
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner
- Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the stakeholders
- Implement effective change control by ensuring project change impacts are assessed and communicated so all parties are aligned
- Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date
- Develop and distribute timely status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders
- Follow and align with the organisation's processes, governance framework and best practice
- Own and engage in all stages of the agile development process - planning, stand-up, show-and-tell and retrospective ceremonies
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 2-5 years in delivering end-to-end projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of budget management and resource utilisation.
- Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment: Proven ability to commit to and deliver project outcomes.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile delivery methods such as Kanban and Scrum, including transitioning teams to agile practices.
- Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) at foundation or practitioner level are appreciated.
- Agile Exposure: Desired familiarity with agile methods like Scrum and SAFe.
